In(S38) there is listed a "Nannie Downing"(gist:I31) who married "Richard Bowles". If this is the "Nannie Bowles" who is listed as Jesse Chisholm's(I001) second wife, that would ties Jesse Chisholm in with Sequoyah(gist:I04) , which is a relationship I was told about as a child. I do not yet have documentation to prove this one way or the other. There are so few dates in(S38) that I can't be sure it is even possible.
