We believe the error can be corrected by selecting the link below. It is a video walk-through on how to update your browser certificates.
The actual certificates are located in the link below: Run this, do not save.
Once complete, follow the steps below to try and correct the issue.
1. In Internet Explore:
-Under Browsing History select "Delete" (delete cookies & temp internet files)
-Remove all Certificates
-Scroll all the way to bottom (Security Section)
-Make sure check mark in:
-Use SSL 3.0
-Use TLS 1.0
-Use SSL 2.0
2. Open Active Client User Console:
(may be done by clicking on CAC reader Icon in system tray or via start menu)
-There should be 3 Icons on right side ("Smart Card Info", "My Certificates" & "Personal Data")
-Right-click My Certificates
-Select "Make Certificates Available to Windows
-Close Active Client User Console
3. Reopen IE
-Try accessing https://www.navyreserve.navy.mil
-If able to Access the Site:
-Select "Sign In" top right Corner of window
-Select "DOD EMAIL CA" Certificate
