We believe the error can be corrected by selecting the link below. It is a video walk-through on how to update your browser certificates.

The actual certificates are located in the link below: Run this, do not save.
http://www.militarycac.com/CACDrivers/InstallRoot_v3.13A.exe

Once complete, follow the steps below to try and correct the issue.

1. In Internet Explore:
-Tools
-Internet Options
-General Tab:
       -Under Browsing History select "Delete" (delete cookies & temp internet files)
       -Select "Close"
-Content Tab:
       -Select "Certificates"
       -Remove all Certificates
       -Select "Close"
-Advanced Tab:
       -Scroll all the way to bottom (Security Section)
       -Make sure check mark in:
               -Use SSL 3.0
               -Use TLS 1.0
       -Uncheck:
               -Use SSL 2.0
-Select "Close"
-Close IE

2. Open Active Client User Console:
       (may be done by clicking on CAC reader Icon in system tray or via start menu)
-There should be 3 Icons on right side ("Smart Card Info", "My Certificates" & "Personal Data")
       -Right-click My Certificates
       -Select "Make Certificates Available to Windows
-Select "Ok"
-Close Active Client User Console

3. Reopen IE
-Try accessing https://www.navyreserve.navy.mil
-If able to Access the Site:
       -Select "Sign In" top right Corner of window
       -Select "DOD EMAIL CA" Certificate

Once you have completed the above, if you are still unable to access the website, let us know and we will continue to assist you in troubleshooting this issue.
