three strand braid (sketch)Three Strand Turkshead

Three strand turkshead with three
passes and made with twisted wire.
The three strand turkshead is the simplest of turksheads.  My father first taught me this knot when I was just eight years old. ( I kept on losing my neckerchief slide for cub scouts and my father finally got tired of making a new one each week.)
Learn how to tie this knot.  A simple tutorial is available at this site.
Three strand turkshead with one pass.
Three strand two bight turksheads with the four crosses either around the ring or all on one side.

(Prices vary based on guage of wire and the price of silver or gold.) Plus Shipping and Handling (and Sales Tax in New Mexico).

NOTE:  The artist is a mariner. Since he is at sea for half the year, responses to correspondence or orders may take up to four months. Please be patient. He learned his art at sea--the sea is part of his art.
Thank you.
