HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Homestead Studio Suites, 930 S. 5th St., Monrovia, CA (626)256-6999 [f] (626)256-6969. Tell the reservationist you are with the cat show. We advise you to book your room early.

The Southwest Region will enforce the, "TICA Hotel Room Inspection Procedures." Everyone reserving a room in the group block acknowledges they consent to these procedures.

Please wrap all used litter in plastic bags and discard properly. Confine spraying cats to the bathroom or cage. EXHIBITORS WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THEIR ROOMS.

SHOW HALL:
There is to be no alcoholic beverages within the building or premises. No smoking is allowed in the show hall. There will be plenty of free parking!
CHECK-IN:
Early check-in on Saturday will start at 7:30 a.m. Sunday check-in starts at 8:00 a.m. Judging will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, and on Sunday. Late arrivals must check-in with the Master Clerk and each ring clerk to ensure their entries are marked present. The show hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday & 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. No cats may leave the show hall unless permission is obtained from the show manager. No cats may remain in the show hall overnight.
CAGES AND SUPPLIES:
A single benching cage (approximately 36"x27"x22") will be provided for each entry. Two (2) kittens or one (1) cat are permitted in a single cage. If you bring your own cage & require more room, you will need to purchase a grooming space for an additional fee. Please plan on using the cages provided, as grooming spaces will be limited & on a first come, first serve basis. All cages must be covered on three sides, top and bottom. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and dishes. Litter will be supplied. People food will be available in the show from the Masonic Lodge's kitchen.
HOUSEHOLD PETS:
Household pet kittens (ages 4 - 7 months) and adults (8 months or older) may be entered. All adult HHP entries must be altered (spayed or neutered). If you are unsure of the proper color class for your pet, include a full description or a color photo (photo will be returned with confirmation) with your entry.
SHOW RULES:
By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges, the show committee, and the TICA show rules. Official show rules may be obtained from TICA, P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551, and (956) 428-8046. Also see the TICA web site (www.tica.org) for additional rules, forms and information.
REGISTRATION:
With the exception of Korats, registration with TICA is not necessary to compete in a cat's first show, but is required for the next show, confirmation of titles and TICA Regional/International scoring and awards.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
This is a non-vetted show. All kittens/cats that enter the show must be free of fungus, fleas and ear mites.  All cats/kittens should be bathed and clean.  Please clip claws on all feet.  Vaccinations must be up to date. No kitten less than 3 calendar months of age will be allowed in the show hall. 
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
An official entry form or facsimile must be used for each entry and a completed summary sheet and full payment (U.S. Funds only) must accompany these entry blanks. E-mail or fax entries will be accepted, but will not be officially entered until full payment is received. If payment is not received within 10 days of email/fax entry, entry will become null and void. Checks (U.S. funds only) should be made payable to: America's Finest Felines Cat ClubThere will be an additional $10.00 fee for any entry fees paid at the door.   Substitution charge is $10.00 per cat.  Returned check charge is $25.00.
CLERKS/STEWARDS:
Please indicate on the summary sheet if you are interested in clerking for the show. Clerks will receive $30/day, lunch, and a marked catalog with their breeds and finals. Stewards will be paid $15 plus lunch. Please do not deduct these from your entry fees; you will be paid at the end of the show. Preference will be given to TICA certified clerks. Due to the size of the show, we advise you to have an agent show your cat(s).
HOLD HARMLESS POLICY:
By entering this show, the exhibitor named on the entry form/summary sheet holds harmless The Southwest Clubs, The International Cat Association (TICA), and Arcadia Masonic Lodge from any damages, claims, or theft, as a result of any action/conduct related to the operations of this show.
NEW EXHIBITORS:
We welcome you to the "Thank Goodness for Cats". Please indicate on the Summary Sheet that this is your first show. For help in filling out the summary sheet or Entry Form, contact the entry clerk Jeane Camarena, 909-982-6118, canie@basicso.com.
